Competitive Swimming

The competitive swimming squad is where champions are developed and in 2017 our team was voted the most improved in Staffordshire.

Exceptional coaching with a major focus on technique coupled with the effort and commitment of our swimmers has produced a team that always punches well above its weight!

The squad has produced County, Regional and National Champions since it started in 1968.

Training Sessions

The competitive training sessions are held on the following days/locations:

Denstone
- Tue 6:30pm - 8:30pm
- Wed 6:30pm - 8:30pm
Cheadle
- Mon 6:30pm - 8:30pm
- Thu 6:30pm - 8:30pm
- Fri 6:30pm - 8:30pm)
- Sun 12:00pm - 2:00pm
Cheadle - Land Training
- Fri 5:30pm - 6:15pm
- Sun 11:00am - 11:45am

Squad Structure

The competitive team is split into a number of different squads (see Head Coach for appropriate sessions to attend)
