
Masters Swimming
Our Masters Swimming programme is designed for adult swimmers who want to improve their fitness, develop their technique, train competitively, or simply enjoy swimming as part of a friendly and supportive group.
Whether you are a former competitive swimmer returning to the pool or someone looking to challenge themselves in a structured training environment, our Masters sessions cater to a range of abilities and goals.
We currently offer two Masters training sessions each week, providing flexibility for swimmers to fit training around work, family, and other commitments. Sessions are coach led and focus on endurance, stroke development, fitness, and speed, helping swimmers progress at their own pace.
Masters swimming is a fantastic way to stay active, meet likeminded people, and enjoy the many physical and mental health benefits that swimming provides.
